SHRIMP CARBONETTI 
1 lb. lg. shrimp, shelled & deveined
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
2 cans Aunt Penney's white sauce
1 can white wine
1 env. dry onion soup mix
Fresh parsley
Cooked spaghetti

Saute veggies and shrimp in butter only until veggies lose crispness but are not soggy and shrimp is pink. Meanwhile, combine white sauce, onion soup mix and wine - add to shrimp mixture. Heat thoroughly, stirring constantly. Serve over spaghetti. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Sliced beef steak tomatoes, combined with bermuda onion rings, seasoned with any Italian salad dressing and garlic bread complete the meal.
