IMPOSSIBLE CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
1 1/2 c. cut up chicken cooked
2/3 c. chopped onions
1 1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Rinse broccoli under running cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli, 2 cups cheese, chicken and onion in plate. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth in blender or with hand mixer. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 35 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake just until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
