MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
3 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 lg. onion
1 lg. bell pepper
1 pt. crushed tomatoes
1 sm. pkg. macaroni noodles
1 (16 oz.) pkg. sliced American cheese

Brown ground beef; drain excess grease. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, taco seasoning and tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes. Cook macaroni noodles; drain. Add meat to noodles.

Layer in casserole dish the meat with cheese, topping with cheese. Cover. Place in oven at 350 degrees until cheese has completely melted.
