SHREDDED WHEAT BREAD 
3 shredded wheat biscuits
Heaping tbsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. molasses
1 stick butter
3 c. boiling water
2 yeast cakes in 1/2 c. lukewarm water

Crush biscuits in bowl; add salt, sugar, molasses, butter, and pour boiling water over all, stir and let cool. Add yeast that has been dissolved in 1/2 cup lukewarm water, and 10-12 cups flour to form soft but not sticky dough. Knead well and let rise. Punch down once and let rise, then put in pans. Bake at least 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Butter top after removing from oven.
