GELATIN SALAD 
1 pkg. black cherry Jello
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped cherries
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Prepare Jello according to directions. Blend cottage cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Add nuts, cherries, and pineapple to mixture and fold in. Add this to Jello. Grease the mold (or bundt type cake pan) with mayonnaise. Pour mixture into mold and chill until firm. Remove from mold and serve.
