ROCKY ROAD BROWNIES | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 2 eggs 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 c. chopped nuts Melt 1/2 of the chips and the butter over low heat; cool. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla, salt, eggs and chocolate mixture. Spread in ungreased 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows, nuts and remaining chips. Bake until marshmallows are golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. |
