S.'S ROCKY ROAD BROWNIES 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cocoa
1 c. melted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows

Combine flour, sugar and cocoa. Stir in melted butter, eggs (one at a time), beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour batter into a greased and floured 13x9x2 baking pan. Bake at 275 for 30 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over top of hot brownies. Spread with fudge frosting.

FUDGE FROSTING:

1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. melted butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine powdered sugar and cocoa. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Cool and cut into squares. Makes 30 brownies.
