RICOTTA PIE 
Mix together:

2 lbs. Ricotta
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. orange flavoring

Pour mixture into a 10 inch pie dish or pan. (First spray with a non-stick oil.) Bake 50 minutes, 350 degrees.

Note: You can bake in a pastry shell/I prefer not to.
