CHOCOLATE RICOTTA CHEESE PIE 
3 lbs. Ricotta cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lg. Hershey chocolate bar (grated)
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. melted Crisco
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat first six ingredients (cheese, sugar, 4 eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and grated chocolate) in bowl until smooth.

Crust: Mix next eight ingredients (flour, baking powder, 3 eggs, salt, Crisco, sugar, milk and vanilla) as for pie crust. Roll crust for two nine inch pie pans.

Pour half of chocolate cheese mixture into each unbaked pie shell. Top with lattice strips of crust. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour. Yields: two nine inch pies.
