RICOTTA PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. Ricotta
1 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together.

CRUST:

3 tbsp. oil
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix as pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
