MICROWAVE LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. basil
1 egg
1/2 tsp. pepper
6-8 lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
12 oz. sliced mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. In small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, basil, egg and pepper. Spoon 1/2 of spaghetti sauce mixture in bottom of 2 quart (large) dish. Then layer on uncooked noodles, egg, ricotta mixture, mozzarella cheese and sauce (2 layers of each).

Cover and microwave 8 minutes at full power. Then microwave 30-32 minutes at 50% power. Top with Parmesan cheese. Cover and let set 15 minutes. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
