MICROWAVE LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. water
2 c. cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 lasagne noodles, uncooked
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

In large glass bowl, crumble ground beef and heat 2 to 3 minutes on high. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. In another bowl combine cottage cheese, egg and pepper. In an oblong 9"x13" microwave baking dish, spoon 1/2 cup meat sauce. Alternate with layers of noodles, egg mix, Mozzarella cheese and meat sauce, forming two layers.

Heat covered on High for 8 minutes. Then heat covered on medium for 30 to 32 minutes until noodles are soft.

Top with Parmesan cheese. Let stand covered 15 minutes before serving. Can be made day before you plan to serve, just reheat. Also freezes well. Serves 6 to 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
