1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 c. walnuts, chopped

In small saucepan, simmer pineapple and Jello on stove. Place in bowl and chill in refrigerator until mushy. Add whipping cream, cottage cheese, and walnuts to mushy Jello mixture. Mix well. Place in serving bowl and chill in refrigerator until firm. Can top with thin layer of sour cream.
