CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt
2 eggs
1 unbaked graham cracker crust
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and salt. Add eggs. Mix well, pour into crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over top of pie and bake 10-15 minutes longer. Cool. Chill for several hours. Serve with fresh fruit and/or fresh whipped cream.
