CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Unbaked graham cracker pie shell

TOPPING:

1/2 pt. sour cream 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Blend cream cheese with sugar. Add eggs, beating well after each egg. Add vanilla. Pour into unbaked crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

TOPPING: Blend ingredients and spread over top of cake, put back in oven and bake for 5 minutes at 400 degrees. (Use extra large pie plate.)
