CHEESECAKE MINCE TARTS | |
1 3/4 c. prepared mince meat 8 - 4 inch tart shells (could use 8 or 9 inch pie crust) unbaked 8 oz. pkg softened cream cheese 2 well beaten eggs 1 c. sour cream 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. flour Reserve 1/2 cup mince meat. Spoon remainder into pastry. Add cheese to eggs; beat till smooth. Blend in sour cream, lemon peel and rum. Mix sugar and flour; stir into cheese mixture. Pour over mince meat into pastry. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or till lightly browned. Cool. Top with reserved mince meat. |
