IRMA'S POTATO SALAD 
4-5 med. potatoes, cooked and sliced (4 c.)
1/2 med. onion
3/4 c. celery, thinly sliced
1/2 cucumber, pared and sliced
Radishes, sliced (optional)
4 hard cooked eggs
1 tsp. salt

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing diluted with 1/4 cup Carnation evaporated milk

Several hours ahead or night before, combine all vegetables and 2 eggs, diced and salt. Combine sugar, vinegar, and mustard. Pour over vegetables and eggs. Let marinate in refrigerator for several hours. Add Miracle Whip salad dressing and mix well. Top with remaining 2 eggs, sliced. Sprinkle the salad with paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
