3 c. diced, boiled potatoes, about 5 potatoes
1 c. cut up celery, about 2 stalks
1/2 c. finely cut onions
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. mustard (about 2 squirts)
2 eggs, hard boiled & cut up
1 hard boiled egg, sliced on top
Radish or olives to garnish

P.S. Count 1 medium potato and 1/2 to 1 egg per serving.

Mix Miracle Whip, sugar and mustard together before adding to other ingredients. Add eggs last.
