1 box German chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. melted butter
1 egg
1 c. nuts

TOPPING:

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cake: Mix ingredients to make stiff dough. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan (spray with Pam). Can add a little water if too stiff.

Topping: Mix and pour over uncooked chocolate layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. In last 10 minutes don't let burn.
