SWISS STEAK 
Steak
1 lg. onion
Flour
Catsup
Salt
Pepper

Beat steak and flour, salt and pepper. Cut in pieces. Brown steak in skillet and put in roaster. Put all drippings over steak. Cut up onions and cover with catsup. Add water and bake until tender 3-4 hours. Bake at 350 degrees.
