KEY LIME PIE 
Pastry for 9 inch pie pan (reg. or graham)
1/2 c. key lime juice
4 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk

Combine milk, egg yolks, lime juice. Pour into pie pan (pastry already baked). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar, continue beating until peaks form. Pour meringue onto pie. Increase oven to 400 degrees. Brown in oven about 5 minutes (watch carefully).
