1 med. head cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas

Wash cauliflower and place in casserole and add 2 tablespoons water, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on full power 8 to 10 minutes. Combine mayonnaise, onion and mustard. Let cauliflower rest while cooking peas for 5 minutes. Spread mayonnaise over cauliflower and sprinkle with cheese. Arrange peas around cauliflower.
