CORN CAKES 
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. crushed canned corn
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
Pinch salt

Add milk, sugar and eggs to corn. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Combine all ingredients. Drop batter by teaspoon into muffin pans. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven about 20-25 minutes.
