STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
1 pt. strawberries, sliced
2 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice or real lemon
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip

Beat strawberries, egg whites, sugar and lemon juice in large bowl of electric mixer at medium speed until mixture begins to thicken. Increase speed to high and continue beating until very stiff peaks form, about 10 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Chill. Makes 12 servings.
