STRAWBERRY MOUSSE 
1 pkg. strawberry Jello

Make Jello according to package directions in a large bowl. Let set until its a thick syrup. Beat until foamy. Add:

1 pkg. thawed frozen strawberries

Whip:

1/2 pt. heavy cream with 1 tsp. sugar

Fold into Jello-strawberry mixture. Divide into 8 portions. Cool until set in refrigerator. 8 servings.
