LOW - CAL STRAWBERRY MOUSSE | |
3/4 c. boiling water 1 sm. pkg. sugar free strawberry gelatin 1 c. ice cubes 1 c. halved hulled strawberries, fresh or frozen, no juice 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip light whipped topping Pour boiling water into blender container. Add gelatin and blend at low speed until completely dissolved, about 30 seconds. Add ice cubes and stir until ice is partially melted. Add strawberries, reserving 6 halves for garnish and the whipped topping. Blend at high speed 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into individual glasses. Chill until set, at least 30 minutes. Garnish with strawberries. Makes 3 cups or 6 1/2 cup servings. 30 calories per serving. |
