JELLO CAKE 
1/2 c. butter, creamed
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 can crushed pineapple, drained (sm. 4 oz.)
1/2 c. nuts

Prepare one package raspberry gelatin and chill to jelly stage. Crush vanilla wafers (or graham crackers) and line bottom of dish. Mix above ingredients together, then add chilled gelatin. Mix thoroughly so that gelatin is broken up into small chunks.

Spread mixture in dish alternating layer of mixture with layer crushed wafers. Top with crushed wafer and chill. Serves approximately 6. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
