1/2 tsp. whole allspice
1-2 sticks cinnamon
6 whole cloves
1 qt. apple cider
1/3 c. brown sugar
Grated nutmeg

Tie spices in a cheesecloth bag. Heat cider and brown sugar. Add spice bag and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove bag and serve with a dash of nutmeg per cup.
