PEACHES AND CREAM 
16 oz. pkg. Pecan Sandies
1 stick butter
10 oz. 7-Up
4 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. peach Jell-O
1 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
7 to 8 fresh peaches

Crust: Crumble Pecan Sandies and combine with butter.

Last Layer: Do first. Combine 7-Up, cornstarch, Jell-O and sugar. Boil 2 to 3 minutes, until starts thickening. Set aside to cool.

1st Layer (on top of crust): Combine cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Beat with mixer.

2nd Layer: Sliced peaches.

Makes 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate and enjoy.

May substitute with strawberries.
