CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT 
2 boxes (instant) French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
10 oz. Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers

TOPPING:

1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter

Mix pudding and milk until done. Fold in Cool Whip (fold gently, do not whip or beat). Layer crackers on bottom pudding 1/2 of pudding mix. Add another layer of crackers and rest of pudding mix. Then one more layer of crackers.
