1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
4 c. Milk
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (1 oz.) pkg. Nestle Chocolate Bake
1 1/2 c. Confectioners Sugar
3 tbsp. Milk
1 tbsp. Vanilla

Pour on top of last layer.
