FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
5 c. fresh strawberries
1/2 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cold water
1 Grape Nuts pie crust

Prepare pie crust; cool. Mash 2 cups fresh strawberries; add apple juice concentrate. Whisk cornstarch into cold water and pour into mashed fruit. Heat to boil, stirring constantly. Mixture will become a thick, shine glaze. Fill pie crust with remaining whole strawberries. Pour glaze over top; chill and serve.
