FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE (LITE) | |
3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cornstarch 2 c. water 1 sm. pkg. sugar-free cherry gelatin 1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced 1 baked pie shell 1 (4 oz.) carton lite Cool Whip Place sugar, cornstarch, and water in saucepan. Cook over medium high heat until mixture comes to a boil. Boil until clear stirring frequently. Add gelatin and cook 2-3 minutes more. Cool. Place strawberries in pie crust and top with gelatin mixture. Refrigerate for several hours. Serve with a dollop of Cool Whip on each slice. |
