COTTAGE POTATOES FROM SARA LIGGETT | |
12 potatoes or whatever you need, boiled in their skins 1 c. butter 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese 1/3 c. condensed milk 1 med. onion 1 sm. can pimentos 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Slice potatoes in dish. Melt butter, cheese and milk. Pour over potatoes. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Sara learned to cook at a very young age. She took time out of her busy day on Valentines Day to write this recipe for you. |
