COTTAGE POTATOES FROM SARA
LIGGETT
 
12 potatoes or whatever you need, boiled in their skins
1 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
1/3 c. condensed milk
1 med. onion
1 sm. can pimentos
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Slice potatoes in dish. Melt butter, cheese and milk. Pour over potatoes. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
