SAUSAGES WITH PEPPERS AND ONION 
1 pkg. of 8 sausages
Garlic and cheese sausages
2 lg. green peppers
2 lg. onions

In a frying pan, saute the sausages, it's best to cut them into thirds or quarters. Cook until brown - remove from heat and place on a plate (make sure to drain grease).

Cut peppers into large pieces and onions into quarters. Saute with olive oil until peppers are bright green and onions are slightly browned. Add cooked sausage to vegetables (to reheat). Serve with rice pilaf or white rice.
