SWEET POTATO CRUMBLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 stick butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients well. In a separate bowl, mix all ingredients for the topping. Pour first ingredients into a buttered baking dish then pour the topping on. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool and serve.
