CHICKEN WITH RITZ | |
3 stacks Ritz crackers 1 chicken, boiled and deboned 1 sm. carton sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 sticks butter Crush 1 1/2 stacks of Ritz crackers in bottom of 9 x 13 inch casserole. Melt 1 stick butter and drizzle over crushed crackers. Put diced chicken over crushed crackers. Combine soups with sour cream, heat and pour over chicken. Crush remaining 1 1/2 stack Ritz crackers and put over soup layer. Melt second stick of butter and drizzle over crackers. Bake 35 minutes at 325 degrees. Note: can add small amount of stack for moisture; add sprinkle of paprika for color. |
