PORK CHOP BAKE 
5 to 6 pork chops
5 to 6 potatoes, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
1 can carrots, drained
1 med. green pepper, strips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Place in oblong pan (9 x 13 inch) pork chops first, then add onion slices, strips of green pepper, then add sliced potatoes and carrots. In bowl, add milk and soup. Mix well together. Pour over vegetables and chops. Place aluminum foil over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
