ITALIAN MARINADE CHICKEN 
3 lb. chicken (cut up)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
4 tbsp. rosemary (fresh or dried)
1/2 c. olive oil
4 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Cut chicken in small pieces. Add chopped garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar. Marinade over night and bake at 350 degrees for 3/4 hour.
