SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. mashed cooked squash
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 1/2 med. onions, chopped
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 or 2 beaten eggs

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
