FIVE-MINUTE FUDGE 
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine milk, butter, and sugar in large saucepan. Stir together. Heat to boil. After boiling reduce heat. Cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Stir together. Add marshmallows and chocolate chips, stirring rapidly until marshmallows are melted. Pour quickly into 8 inch buttered pan. Cool to serve.

TIP: Never double recipe. If needed make it twice.
