MEXICAN TACO DIP 
2 cans jalapeno bean dip
3 mashed ripe avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco mix
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
3 med. tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 can chopped ripe olives
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Nacho chips

Mix avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper together. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning together. Layer a jelly roll pan with the jalapeno bean dip, mashed avocado mix and then the sour cream mixture. Next layer chopped onions, tomatoes, chopped ripe olives and shredded Cheddar cheese. Serve with nacho chips.
