LAYERED TACO CHIP DIP 
2 cans bean dip
3 ripe avocados or 2 tubs guacamole dip
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
3 tomatoes, chopped fine
3 cans minced black olives

In 9 x 13 inch pan spread bean dip in the bottom. In separate bowl peel and mash avocado. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.

In another bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Alternate layers of avocado and sour cream mixture on top of bean dip. Layer onion, tomatoes and olives. Top with cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
