MONTE CRISTO SANDWICH 
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tbsp. milk
2 slices bread
2 tbsp. butter
2 slices Swiss cheese
2 slices ham
2 slices turkey

In pie plate, beat egg and milk until smooth. Dip bread in egg mixture to coat. In 10 inch skillet heat, melt butter until bubbly. Add bread and fry until browned turning once. Layer the cheese, turkey, and ham on one slice, folding them to fit. Top with second slice of bread. Return assembled sandwich to skillet and cook, turning frequently, until cheese is melted and meats are warm. Cut into quarters and serve.
