MIMI'S CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
2 tbsp. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 pt. heavy creamed, whipped
1 lg. angel cake

Melt bits and add sugar. Cool slightly. Beat yolks and add. Beat whites (not too dry) add to mixture. Add 1/2 pint cream (whipped). Break 1/2 cake into little pieces and place in casserole.

Pour 1/2 chocolate mixture over cake and smooth down. Repeat above. Refrigerate until firm. Whip other 1/2 pint whipped cream with sugar. Cover dessert with whipped cream and blanched almonds.
