3/4 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
Vanilla wafers

Place one vanilla wafer in miniature cupcake wrappers. Mix other ingredients together until smooth. Fill 3/4 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes on cookie sheet. Top with pie filling of your choice.
