BREAKFAST BURRITOS 
Flour tortillas
Ore-Ida hashbrowns, or freshly grated potatoes
3 scrambled eggs
2 green onions
Grated cheese
Sausage, cut up
1/2 c. green chilies
1/2 c. salsa

Fry sausage, add potatoes and onions, 2 teaspoons water, cook until done. Scramble eggs in 1 tablespoons water. Place some of each of above on tortillas, roll up. Heat and pour salsa over top and serve.
