KATIE'S SPICE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour

Combine sugar, eggs and oil. Beat well. Add pumpkin and beat well. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture; mix well. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Check with toothpick.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar; beat well and add vanilla. Frost cooled cake and sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
