AUNT MAXINE'S RHUBARB PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 egg, well beaten
2 c. rhubarb, cut in sm. pieces

Line 8" pie plate with pastry. Sift sugar and flour together and combine with beaten egg. Stir rhubarb into the mixture. Pour into pastry. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust, trim and seal. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake in hot oven, 400 degrees, about 35 minutes.
