AUNT VIOLA'S RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
4 c. rhubarb (cut into 1 inch pieces)
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour

Beat eggs, flour and sugar in large bowl. Add rhubarb. Pour into pie crust. Dot with butter. Place top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
